In order to achieve this, you can do so on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where you can buy ads for the right audience.

The first thing you need to do is to create a Custom Audience. You’ll need to fill in the necessary details, including your website name and URL, your chosen category, and a description.
If you’ve chosen a category to advertise in, you’ll also need to select the right posting frequency, depending on how many users are in your selected group.
Once you’ve filled out these details, you’ll need to provide an image for your ad, and choose your ad type:

Depending on the type of post you’re about to publish, there are three possible ad types you can choose from:
Product ads – Which categories you want to advertise in, and how often
Ad network ads – The type of ad network where your post is available to see, and the topics you can advertise in
Direct post ads – Just your own post, which can be seen by everyone
Adjust your targeting
Now that you’ve created your ads, you can go ahead and optimize them.
Remember, that it’s important to provide high-quality, targeted content, which is why it’s important to create a campaign using the right advertising audience.
You can target audience by gender, location, age, education level and interests. By using the same audience, you’ll get a better reach, and this will allow you to drive more traffic to your posts.
You can then select the topics you want to advertise in, as well as the ad format and time of day.
Choose your ad post format
Lastly, you’ll have to decide what type of ad you want to use. Facebook uses three different formats for your ads:
Sponsored post – This is where you want to promote your own post on your blog, so that you can make money.
Display ad – Display ads will be placed alongside other content. It’s a good option if you want to promote another blog post you’ve written.
Sponsored ad with Facebook’s reciprocal opportunity ads (ROCA) – Facebook’s reciprocal opportunity ads (ROCA) are sponsored posts that will appear in a larger advertisement space, above other content on your page.
You can choose whichever you feel more comfortable with.
